Get the Job You Want, Now! This is what so many people want, especially those who have been out of work for many months and those who have had their extended unemployment benefits expire. This site will provide you with a new and different approach to speeding up the hiring process. It will help you not only to get a job but to get the job you want, with the organization you want to work with, using the talents and skills you most enjoy using.

This may sound unrealistic. But, it’s not. We have helped hundreds of people make the transition from their current field of employment (or unemployment) into a job they love. I’ve done it myself and all it requires are three things:

1. Know what you are really good at (your strengths) and how, exactly, your strengths have contributed to your history of successes. (You may not even be aware of your strengths. But, through the course of our discussion and by doing the exercises we will provide, you will take ownership of your strengths and develop the confidence you need to promote yourself into the right job/career.)

2. Learn how to research and target the employer that needs you. Yes, I said NEEDS YOU. One of the greatest misapprehensions among people in transition is that there are no jobs or that all the jobs are taken. We’ll explore the hidden job market and the way in which a job can be created to accommodate your talents and strength.

3. Marketing and Selling yourself to an employer. You will learn the correct way(s) to approach the right employers and present yourself as the solution to their needs. You’ll be able to answer their question, “Where have you been? I’ve been waiting for you!”

That’s enough for now. We’ll be getting down to business real soon.
